Principle

The GT-7034-A1 is used to reduce the level of soak in the rubbing cloth to 65±5% after it has been soaked in distilled water.

Auxiliary tool for Crockmeter:

Designed specifically to couple with the Crockmeter, the GT-7034-A1 ensures consistent and accurate wet rubbing preparation.

Weighing of M1: 

Weighing a dry rubbing cloth in 50 × 50mm as M1 using a precision balance to calculate its level of soak.

Water content calculation:

Using formula of M2 = M1 × (1 + 65%) to calculate the level of soak in rubbing cloth conforming to specific standard.

Immersion of rubbing cloth:

The rubbing cloth used for wet testing needs to be immersed in distilled water to meet testing requirements.

Adjustable mechanical structure:

Featuring adjustable structure to adjust the space between rollers for squeezing rubbing cloth.

Adjustment of the level of soak

By squeezing the soaked rubbing cloth between two rotating rollers, excess water can be removed to achieve the desired level of soak.

Weighing of M2:

Weighing the squeezed rubbing cloth to verify that the measured value matches the calculated M2.
