GOTECH Steel Shank Stiffness Tester (GT-7050-A1)

Detail

Principle

The GT-7050-A1 is specifically designed to measure the longitudinal stiffness of shoe shanks. The steel shank specimen is clamped at its end and bent by loading weight at its front end. The amount of bending is then measured to determine the flexural rigidity of the shank.

Application:

Well-suited for assessing the longitudinal stiffness of steel shanks in leather shoes, evaluate their ability to resist flexural stress in the vertical direction.

Quality assurance:

Helps manufacturers determine if the shoe upper materials meet specific quality standard, ensuring consistent product performance.

Inspection of manufacturing process:

Used during manufacturing to assess shank flexural rigidity, ensuring that production processes deliver high-quality shoes that meet design requirements.

Product design improvement:

Provides valuable insights into the longitudinal stiffness performance of steel shanks, enabling manufacturers to optimize product design.

Standard conformity:

Ensures that products meet industry standards and satisfy quality expectations in the market.
