Calibration
1. Place the stem into at least 1 inch of crushed-ice with water which is 0°C. Don’t let the stem touch the bottom of container.
2. Press the CAL and it will appears on the LCD, press ℉/℃ to increase and press ON/OFF to decrease temperature, when LCD show 0.00, press CAL again to finish calibration.
3. This meter also can be calibrated in any temperature which is known.
